“A creative studio is only as good as the boring infrastructure underneath it. Build the spine. The work follows.”
Syed Eahsanur Rahman was not looking for a creative agency to help run. At the time, he was deep in his own gaming companies, with more than enough on his plate already. But Tasfin was not just a business contact — he was a childhood friend, someone Eahsan had known since school, long before either of them had a company to their name.
So when the call came in the middle of the night — a client on the edge, a deal that could slip away by morning — Eahsan did not hesitate. He stayed up and talked the client through it himself, hour after hour, until the deal was closed. Not because it was his job. Because it was his friend's company, and that was enough.
That night became the quiet starting point of a partnership. Two school friends, one running the creative side, one about to rebuild everything underneath it.
Eahsan's instinct has always been systems — not just solving the problem in front of him, but building something that means the problem never has to be solved by hand again. So he built. He designed and developed the MLHMTECH website from the ground up. He built the automation technology that now powers content creation across the company's pages, so the work does not stop just because no one is watching it. He built the marketplace, where MLHMTECH's products and resources live for the world to find. And out of the internal tools he built just to keep the studio's own operations sane, FlowLock was born — now a productivity platform shipping to people outside the company entirely.
The work has not stopped since that first night. New ideas arrive constantly, and Eahsan is usually the one turning them into something real, built, and running. What started as a late-night phone call between two friends is now a team of 30 people, spread across different countries, held together by one shared purpose: serving the people who need the work done right.
Architected the agency's fully remote ops backbone. Async workflows, shared dashboards, version controlled creative reviews.
Built the studio's P and L from zero. Introduced retainer accounting, project margin tracking, and transparent pricing models.
Replaced gut calls with metric backed reviews. Every deliverable now ships against engagement and retention benchmarks.
Pioneered the NDA protected agency partnership pipeline. Now one of the studio's strongest growth channels.
Sparked the productivity philosophy that later became FlowLock. Built first as an internal tool, now shipping as a product.
