Masrur Ahmad Tasfin
“We do not chase trends. We build content that still works six months from now. That is the difference.”
In 2024, Masrur Ahmad Tasfin started MLHMTECH the only way you can start something with no safety net: alone, with a laptop, and a handful of people who believed the same thing he did — that creative work deserved to be taken seriously, even from Dhaka.
In the beginning, there was no team. There was Tasfin, a timeline, and a client waiting on the other end of an email. He edited every video himself. He delivered everything himself. And for a while, that was the whole business.
Then came the problem every founder eventually hits: getting paid. International clients, unfamiliar payment rails, the quiet dread of wondering if an invoice would ever clear. Tasfin solved it the way he has solved most things since — not by giving up, but by finding the third-party service that made it work, then building a system around it so it never broke again.
Not long after, something changed the shape of the business entirely. Tasfin found an editor in Pakistan — found him himself, vetted him himself — and handed him real client work. The client never knew. As far as they were concerned, Tasfin was still the one behind every cut. But Tasfin had just discovered something most solo editors never do: that talent is not bound by geography, and that the real leverage in this business is not how fast you can edit, it is how well you can find, trust, and direct people who can.
That one decision became the blueprint. LinkedIn. Facebook. Instagram. Cold outreach, warm outreach, word of mouth — Tasfin used every channel he had to bring in the next client, and the one after that, building a growing bench of editors from Bangladesh and beyond to deliver the work.
It was not a straight line. Tasfin got scammed, more than once, out of real money he had worked hard for. Every time, he got back up and did more work, not less. He became obsessed with understanding how things actually function underneath the surface: how business works, how money moves, how trust is built and lost, how communication either holds a client relationship together or quietly kills it. That obsession is still the engine behind every decision MLHMTECH makes.
Eventually, success started compounding — but so did the weight of carrying it alone. There was a point where Tasfin had more client work than one person, even a well-organized one, could hold together. Late one night, with a client relationship on the line, he called someone he had trusted since they were kids: Eahsan.
That phone call is where MLHMTECH, as two people, actually begins.
Started the studio from a single laptop in Dhaka. Defined the brand, the bar, and the way every project ships.
Set the visual and editorial language the studio is known for. Every cut, frame, and caption holds to this bar.
Personally landed the first clients in the UK, US, EU, and South Asia. Turned MLHMTECH into a global remote operation.
Expanded the playbook across hospitality, real estate, fitness, SaaS, e-commerce, and personal brand work.
Shifted the studio away from one-off jobs. Built relationships that compound across months and years.
