Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with MLHMTECH.

Turnaround & Delivery

Standard video edits are delivered within 48–72 hours, averaging closer to 48 hours for most projects. What determines where in that window a project lands is footage volume and edit complexity — a single-camera talking-head video with light graphics and a clear brief typically ships in 48 hours, while multi-camera footage, heavy motion graphics, or a first draft that needs more structural direction from you pushes it toward the 72-hour end. Social media content batches are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, since each piece in the batch gets the same edit-and-review pass as a standalone project. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need something faster than the standard window. Longer-form or highly complex edits — documentary-style pieces, multi-camera shoots, heavy VFX — are scoped individually with a specific timeline confirmed upfront rather than forced into the standard window. See our video editing services for the full breakdown by format.

Every project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost — send your notes and we revise, no extra fee and no clock running against you. Additional revisions beyond the third round are billed hourly rather than capped, so there's no hard stop if a project needs more back-and-forth.

Pricing

Both, depending on what fits your content needs. Retainers are a fixed monthly fee scaled to your volume and are built for ongoing, recurring content — the right fit if you are publishing regularly and want a consistent team on it every month. Project pricing is a one-time quote scoped to a specific deliverable, better suited to a single campaign, launch video, or one-off need. We quote after a short discovery call rather than publishing a flat rate table, because turnaround, footage volume, revision complexity, and format count move the number more than the service category does — two video editing projects can have very different scopes. That discovery call is free and non-binding; you get a specific number and timeline before committing to anything. Get a free quote to see exact numbers for your project.

No. Your quote covers the agreed deliverables, the included revision rounds, and standard format exports. The only additional costs are ones you explicitly opt into — rush delivery, revisions beyond the included rounds, or a scope change you approve in writing before we start.

White Label & Agency Partnerships

Yes. We partner with agencies and studios under NDA as their production layer — you get a dedicated editor and designer working under your brand, without hiring in-house or managing freelancers yourself. We never contact your end client directly at any stage; you own that relationship start to finish, from the brief through final delivery and any revisions. Every deliverable ships under your brand — no MLHMTECH watermarks, no mention of us in file metadata or comments, nothing your client could trace back to a third party. Onboarding starts with the NDA and a short call to learn your agency's workflow, brand guidelines, and quality bar, so the first deliverable already looks like it came from your team. Most agency partners use this to take on more client volume without growing headcount, or to cover video/design capacity gaps during busy periods. Learn more on our white-label services page.

Yes — that's exactly what white label is built for. You brief us the same way you'd brief an in-house editor, we deliver to you (never directly to your client) for review, and you handle final approval and delivery. Communication runs directly between you and your assigned production contact for the length of the partnership.

How We Work

An actual, dedicated editor. You're assigned one editor who stays on your account project after project — not a rotating freelancer pool and not a layer of account managers relaying your notes. That means consistent style, direct feedback, and no re-briefing every time you send a revision note.

Direct and async-first. Most day-to-day communication happens over email and WhatsApp, with your dedicated editor or a single point of contact rather than a support queue. We reply within 24 hours, and revisions are handled with timestamped notes on the actual cut rather than long email threads.

Hospitality, real estate, tech, fitness, e-commerce, SaaS, creators, restaurants, and agencies, among others. If you produce content regularly and need it delivered reliably, our process fits regardless of industry.

Fill out the contact form on our homepage — we reply within 24 hours to understand your needs, walk through our process, and send a proposal with a specific quote and timeline.

Coverage & Availability

We primarily serve clients across the UK, US, EU, and South Asia. Our team works async to cover that spread rather than requiring live-meeting overlap — briefs, footage, and revision notes move on your schedule, and we reply within 24 hours regardless of time zone. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Wise, and other international payment methods.
