MovLette Thumbnail Font
A bold TTF display font made for YouTube thumbnails and video titles. Heavy, high-contrast letterforms that grab attention and stay legible at small sizes.
MovLette is a bold display font packaged as a standard TTF file, designed with thumbnail and video-title work in mind. The letterforms are heavy and tightly spaced, so short phrases read instantly even when the thumbnail is scaled down in a crowded feed.
Because it installs as a normal system font, it works anywhere you already type — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva and Figma all pick it up without plugins. That makes it easy to keep a consistent look across your thumbnail pack, lower thirds and channel branding.
Use it for punchy two-to-four word hooks, numbers and short labels. Pair it with a clean sans for supporting text so the headline stays the loudest element in the frame.
How to use this resource
Install the TTF by double-clicking it and choosing Install, then restart your editor so the font appears in the list. Type your thumbnail hook in MovLette at a large size, add a stroke or drop shadow for contrast, and keep the phrase to a few words for maximum impact.Compatible with
