Fette Thumbnail Font

Fette is a bold display typeface supplied as a single TTF file, sized at roughly 0.1 MB so it installs and loads almost instantly. It comes from a thumbnail font pack, meaning it was chosen for one job: making short, punchy headlines readable when a viewer is scrolling fast. Because the letterforms are heavy and tightly spaced, Fette works best for 2-4 word titles rather than long sentences. Use it for thumbnail text, video titles, poster headers, stream overlays and meme captions where maximum impact matters more than subtlety. As a standard TTF it installs on Windows and macOS and appears automatically in the font menus of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve. Pair it with a thin or condensed font for supporting text so the layout does not feel crowded.

How to use this resource

Install the TTF by double-clicking it and choosing Install (Windows) or Install Font (macOS), then restart your editing app. Add a text layer, select Fette from the font menu, and keep headlines to 2-4 words with strong contrast behind them.
