FAKTOS Display Font

FAKTOS is a bold display typeface supplied as a standard TTF file, part of a thumbnail-focused font pack. It is designed for short, punchy text — the kind of two or three word headline that has to read instantly on a phone screen. The heavy weight and wide letterforms give strong visual presence at small sizes, which is exactly what thumbnail text needs. Use it for video titles, gaming overlays, stream branding, poster headers and social media graphics where the text must compete with a busy background. Because it is a plain TTF, it installs like any other system font and works in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve. Pair it with a subtle stroke or drop shadow to lift it off detailed imagery.

How to use this resource

Install the TTF by double-clicking it and choosing Install (Windows) or using Font Book (Mac), then restart your editing app so it appears in the font list. In your thumbnail or title design, set the text in all caps at a large size and add a thin stroke or drop shadow for contrast against busy backgrounds.
